for recognition of parental alienation phenomenon / parental alienation and
parental provisions of the Protocol on the recognition signed between Institute
of Forensic Psychology and the Romanian Association for Joint Custody
Pursuant to art. 51 of the Methodological Norms of Law no. 213/2004 on the profession of psychologist with the right of free
practice, setting up, organization and functioning of the College of
Psychologists in Romania, approved by Government Decision no. 788/2005,
based on the provisions of the Manual of
Diagnostic and Statistical of Mental Disorders, fifth edition, abbreviated
DSM-5, used by both psychiatrists and the psychologists, which recognize
psihodiagnosticele psychological abuse against children and child affected by
stress the relationship between parents,
Having regard to the specialty practice in
the field of expertise psychological judiciary, which revealed identification
expert reports psychological judicial phenomenon of alienation parental /
parental recognized by courts in Romania, end of the first Protocol on the
recognition of alienation parental / parental concluded Romania by the Institute
of Forensic Psychology and the Romanian Association for joint custody to
February 1, 2016 and terms of specialists from the Institute of Forensic
Psychology,
Chairman of the Steering Committee of the
College of Psychologists of Romania has:
Art. 1 - (1) recognizes
the phenomenon of parental alienation / fathers as a form of psychological abuse
(emotional) severe child consisting of its systematic denigration of a parent by
the other parent, with the intention of alienation (alienation) of the child by
the other parent.
(2) recognize the
Protocol on recognition alienation parental concluded by the Institute of
Psychology Judicial, as training provider complementary expertise field
psychological judicial professional opinion by the College of Psychologists of
Romania and the Romanian Association for joint custody to date by February 1,
2016.
(3) recognizes
the need for continuous professional training of psychologists in the field of
parental alienation / parental and psychological expertise in the field of child
abuse / neglect, which is conducted in order to promote knowledge and interest
of the child.
Art. 2 -This provision shall enter into force on
its publication in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I.

Conformément à
l'art. 51 des Normes
méthodologiques de la loi n. 213/2004 sur la
profession de psychologue avec le droit d'essais libres, la mise en place,
l'organisation et le fonctionnement de l'Ordre des psychologues en Roumanie,
approuvé par la décision du Gouvernement no. 788/2005,
sur la base des dispositions
du Manuel de diagnostique et statistique des troubles mentaux, cinquième
édition, en abrégé DSM-5, utilisée par les deux psychiatres et les psychologues,
qui reconnaissent la violence psychologique psihodiagnosticele contre les
enfants et les enfants touchés par le stress la relation entre les
parents,
Vu la pratique de la
spécialité dans le domaine de l'expertise judiciaire psychologique, qui a révélé
des rapports d'experts d'identification phénomène judiciaire psychologique de
l'aliénation parentale / parentale reconnue par les tribunaux en Roumanie, à la
fin du premier protocole sur la reconnaissance de l'aliénation parentale /
parental conclu Roumanie par l'Institut de psychologie judiciaire et
l'Association roumaine pour la garde conjointe à 1 Février 2016 et termes de
spécialistes de l'Institut de psychologie judiciaire,
Président du Comité
directeur de l'Ordre des psychologues de la Roumanie a:
Art 1. -(1) reconnaît le phénomène de aliénation parentale /
pères comme une forme de violence psychologique (émotionnelle) enfant sévère
constitué de son dénigrement systématique d'un parent par l'autre parent, avec
l'intention de l'aliénation (l'aliénation) de l'enfant par l'autre
parent.
(2) reconnaître le Protocole sur la reconnaissance
aliénation parental conclu par l'Institut de psychologie judiciaire, que le
champ d'expertise complémentaire de fournisseur de formation psychologique
opinion professionnelle judiciaire par le Collège des psychologues de la
Roumanie et de l'Association roumaine pour la garde conjointe à ce jour le 1er
Février, ici 2016.
(3) reconnaît la nécessité de la formation
professionnelle continue des psychologues dans le domaine de l'expertise
d'aliénation parentale / parental et psychologique dans le domaine de la
maltraitance / négligence, qui est menée dans le but de promouvoir la
connaissance et l'intérêt de l'enfant.
Art. 2 -Cette disposition entrera en
vigueur dès sa publication au Journal Officiel de la Roumanie, Partie
I.
